Im new to pc gaming and picked up an aegis zs2 a7nvm and am looking to get a little more ram and not sure how to go about it, please help me!

As general rule: 2x32GB DDR5-6000 is probably the best choice for the AMD CPUs.

Yes.
Mixing memory modules or kits is always a bad idea.
