Hello

My question is why MSI ECLIPSE booting at startup take 2,3 minutes..before running windows xp a long white color bar came.they complete and then window load.

i insatll 64-bit operating system too.same problem

is there any bios setting?

The white bar is just another Windows startup indicator. Nothing to worry about.

There is no other window installed on my computer only 1 window :O(

The white bar is nothing to worry about.  It is normal.  NovJoe was not implying that you have another Windows installation, but only that the white bar is another kind of status indicator for the same Windows Installation.
