One of the best games I've ever played. Sadly the community is corrupt. it's turned far worse than call of duty and csgo. The community is filled of kids trying to be like there peer's. One downfall of minecraft is the free market. Server's have to follow certain eula rules. But most servers ignore this. Making the game basically "Pay To Win" But not only is this a download. A major one is the amount of hackers there are. Not only are there full on hackers, but there are some that are commited to wanting to be legit, they'll spend 50 usd on a ghost client just to hack. I honestly don't see a reason why, it's not hard to "win" the game. One argument is, let them get banned. Well that would work except people have been cracking account ever since minecraft started. But now people do it to a max. Since there account gets banned, they basically turn around and steal a young kids unprotected account just to past time. Sadly I have not heard of a response from mojang on this issue. Another issue is that since Notch "The creator" sold minecraft to microsoft. The game really hasn't been updated to fit the "PvP" community. But this forum isn't about mentioning the bad things only. Microsoft has done a good thing to keep the game updated, and they also expanded the game to consoles. Minecraft has also brought an enormous amount of wealth. Not only to themselves but to the players who play it. From server owners making a business, to people competing in tournaments for money. A few growing business is selling accounts, (from players who no longer want there account, to a hacked account from a young child) and lets not forget about the players who sell ghost clients. The game has grown popular and there is a new generation playing it. Sadly the "old" generation has left but the good thing is that a new one will replace it. With this new generation they will probably get used to the new mechanics of the game.
