MIS VOX TV Box but no software

I have MSI VOX (not II) but the earlier version that my friend loan me but he cannot find the Software and drivers. I have Windows Vista but also have access to XP SP2.

I will like to record from my TV using Cable. It's a Digital TV with HDTV and HDMI capabilities. Also my Windows Vista Laptop is HDTV and HDMI capable.

If I can find drivers and software to get this thing going that would be great.

I searched and searched but keep coming up with bogus websites that won't help.

Any help appreciated.

Oops sorry for last post [deleted] the driver installed but don't I need the software that came with it?

It doesn't matter what TV you have, or what inputs it supports, the Vox only supports analogue TV through an aerial/cable.
