Misplaced Graphic card

I sent my graphic card GT 1030 for servicing to MSI which is under warranty through Kaizen info serve, Hyderabad India. But after a week they told me that MSI did the wrong shipment and sent GT 710 instead of 1030. And it's been a month now, I didn't got my card neither i got any update. Please help..! What should be done in this regards..
