Missing USB

After recent Windows 11 update I lost all usb functionality. This meant I was unable to use my Cubi as I lost the use of mouse and keyboard.

I installed Windows 10 on my secondary drive (via a caddy) assuming I could dual boot but this failed.

I then purchased an NVMe SSD Enclosure to access my primary drive, which I did, but cannot find a way to reinstall the usb drivers?

Please advise?

1.Please reinstall Windows 11 OS again to check.
Please use Microsoft utility-Create Windows 11 installation media for creating USB installation disk first and then use it for reinstalling windows 11 OS.

thanks for that but the problem is that I can't access the system, the system boots into windows 11 but the mouse and keyboard don't work which leads me to believe the problem is with the usb. the problem would be an easy fix if I could access the mouse?
