Modern 15 A10RAS is not supported for True Color 4.0

Trying to install True Color 4.0 but it said not supported. Is it really not supported?

Your product page shows TC4.0 but not supported, it should be a bug.
Contact MSI to report this issue.

Update!
It's possible that your panel doesn't support True Color, check your hardware ID in device manager, monitors, generic PnP monitor, Details, Hardware IDs.
And open the True Color package/ Export, and confirm whether your hardware ID is listed.

Can you find True Color App when you first open the laptop?
If not, then it is not supported.

Did you see any error message when installing True Color?
Could you find True Color in the default pre-installed system?
If yes, make sure there is no external monitor connected while installing True Color.

When i got my MSI Modern 15 i had a pre innstalled version off creator center. But i deleted it on accident. I downloaded creator center again from the MSI website but it didnt have true colors innstalled. I intsalled true colors but it didnt work. when i open Creator center true colours is there but when i choose anti blue or something else it just pops back to the normal. And when i open the True Colours app it says it is not supported.
Can someone please help??? It is really ennoying!!!
i Have tried reseting my pc to the point before i deleted the pre innstalled creator center but that doesnt work either.
Dragon center also dosent work. It is either stuck on "sdk innstalling" or "download creator center"
Please help

If you're not sure if your laptop supports True Color, I suggest you contact MSI directly.
Not all panels support True Color, so if your panel is not supported, you shouldn't have the software at first.
