Monitor Banding (MSI 255F E20)

I just want to ask if this banding is normal for this monitor which is 10bit (8bit + Frc) since the banding was not as bad on my Phone (Nothing Phone 3a) or my LG TV. Although I aslo used an 8bit phone (Nord CE3 Lite) for fair comparison, but the banding on the darker levels were'nt visible at all

I use DP 1.2a and ran the monitor at 200hz, 10bpc, and RGB 4:4:4 Full with HDR off

I want to know real quick if this monitor is worth keeping or not since I am still at the return window.

It can relate to the monitor mode that you currently use, if you can revert everything back to default (Eco mode), it prob does better.
With less brightness, contrast, sharp settings etc
