MODEL - Radeon RX 6700 XT MECH 2X 12G OC
Drivers - 22.5.1

To start off I have tried multiple drivers, I have deleted the drivers completely and installed new ones. The problem still remains. This issue is very annoying to me as I have spent a lot of money and cannot get a refund on my gpu.

THE ISSUE -
When I am gaming everything is going fine and then my monitors just go black. My main monitor displays a message saying "no display port connected" I can still hear everyone and people can hear me. The only thing I can do is force turn off my pc from the power switch and turn it back on. When I turn it back on there is a chance the pc deletes my drivers (Not fully). Basically when I restart my pc when I right click on my desktop to open the radeon software it comes up with an error message saying not compatible with my gpu. The problem with that is I am installing the compatible drivers so i dont know what to do there. The last issue I get it my C drive needs repairing everytime this happens.

I have tried changing to a different pci slot nothing happened. I have took out ram sticks nothing happened. I have moved my M.2 slot nothing happens. This is a problem I cannot fix and I really need help please.

I will list two videos to show you this issue. I turned off the recording for 2 seconds then the issue happened which is why it will be two links.

Sounds a bit like Windows is installing GPU drives over you existing install it has been a on going problem since release of Win 11 and affects both WINDOWS 10 and 11.

Supply more info>>Posting Guide<<

Install MSI Center and check to see if there is any V-Bios updates for your GPU if so install them.

Download latest AMD drivers from AMD >>AMD Drivers<<

Download Latest Chipset Drivers for you Motherboard

Download DDU Display Drive uninstaller https://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,1.html

Disconnect form Internet

Run DDU and follow directions

After reboot install Chipset and GPU drivers
Keep drivers up to date via AMD Software best to use Auto Update for it, as this should prevent windows for overwriting your install.

Use the following settings

I’ll see if this works mate, my other problem is I’m not sure why my c drive needs cleaning everytime this happens, so I need a new c drive ? Or is it just because of this error.
