Monitor Firmware Update - MSI MAG 341CQP

Just got my MSI MAG 341CQP with firmware 0.17. I am trying to update to the latest firmware, but my MSI center doesn't show any available updates, even after downloading the firmware file from the support site. Please help.

The current screen firmware is 0.17; I am attempting to go to 0.31, with no success.
Meeting all the USB Cable and DP port cable requirements that came included with the unit.

I have also noticed the Gaming Intelligence software is a bit buggy to detect the screen.

Try a different USB port, USB 2.0 port is preferred. (normally those are more stable)

Yeap, i tried multiple USB ports, multiple USB cables, and my desktop and my laptop.
The issue is currently, it sometimes detects, and sometimes does not; its random.

Please refer below steps to re-install MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence.
Step 1. Please uninstall original MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence on app list.
Step 2. Restart once.
Step 3. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\GamingIntelligence.
Step 4. Restart once.
Step 5. Please install new version of MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence to check.

MSI MPG Z790 Carbon Wifi
Intel 13700K
MSI Suprim 4080
Corsair Vengeance Memory 4800 DDR 5

I had a similar experience. I ended up returning the monitor and choosing another vendor because their support was unwilling to process an advance RMA since the monitor was functioning. I needed it for work but also required some fixes for the appearance and issues with its current firmware.
