Hey there,
I bought 321URX and using for two months. Got also a MSI Ventus 4090 (latest drivers). I connect them with the HDMI cable provided with the monitor. There are 2 problems I am having similar to the posts that I will give in the end.
Problem 1- My monitor goes OFF for 2-3 seconds randomly then ON again, displaying HDR on top. Sometimes this never happens in a day, sometimes happens 3 times in an hour. Happens in gaming or not. Disabling adaptive sync not helps.
Problem 2- My monitor goes OFF for 5-10 seconds randomly (maybe once a week), then go full color cycling red green blue black etc. It only stops when powering the monitor OFF and ON back again.
As my settings, have windows 11 (always updated), I use HDR ON, DSC ON, Adaptive sync ON, using 4K 240 Hz 10 bit.
I also updated to FW.021 with excitement. Cut the power to monitor after for a minute as suggested. But my problem 1 persists, as for problem 2 I didn't have enough time to test, not happened yet.
There were some suggestions in the internet about disabling adaptive sync, HDR etc. But I payed this monitor to use all these. So, what can I do now? Is this a unit based problem which needs RMA or I wait for some firmware?
