Monitor is a 75x75 VESA compatible monitor (MSI MAG 274QRF QD E2) however doesnt seem to fit on the MSI MAG MT201D dual monitor arm

Can anyone help, the bracket screws I were given do not reach the back of the monitor, I checked many times and not missing any pieces.
