Monitor line issues MSI G274 QPX 27

I have a problem with my MSI G274 QPX 27 monitor. At first, horizontal lines would appear on the screen and disappear after a few seconds. Over time, it got worse—there were more lines and they took longer to go away—and now they don't disappear at all.
I've had the monitor for two years; it has never suffered any impact.

I have the exact same issue, I tried submiting a ticket request, but the form doesn't seem to go through.

This is definitely a RMA case, would be easier to just take the monitor back to the store you bought it and start the process.
