I'm choosing a monitor, and I really liked MAG 341CQP. I plan to use it mainly for programming, and I'm worried about whether the pixels will burn out due to static elements on the screen since it has an OLED panel. Will this be a problem after, say, five years of use?

It will be doing Panel Protect function (OLED CARE) so don't worry about it.

How MSI OLED CARE prevents OLED from burn-in

The warranty is just 3 years but not 5 years.

I wouldn't personally use an OLED monitor for such tasks. For a long time I was using same monitor for work and for gaming. Now that I separated things, I use OLED for gaming but still use VA panel for work.
Burn in will happen eventually. Depending how you treat the monitor. This may give you some idea:

I ended up buying it — after my 27" IPS, it’s just incredible. For programming, I set up the 'office' mode and everything is fine, it’s comfortable to work, and the size and curvature are also very comfortable. I set the OS to turn off the display after 2 minutes, so it often turns off when I step away from the PC. I’ve hidden the taskbar, so overall there’s no real risk of burn-in. The only thing I’d like is the ability to save profiles with settings directly on the monitor itself, not just in the Windows software, since I mostly use Linux for work.
