how to remove it permanently? I'm able to do it, temporally only with Gamming intelligence app

Seems like you accidentally enabled factory info.
Unplug the monitor from power for 15 mins and retry.

Thanks a lot for the answer, but no luck, I've powered down for 1 hour and issue persits. Factory info remains permanent on top of signal received by HDMI or DP...

Menu setting advanced factory Reset should be an option
if not press the Nipple switch / Menu button for at least 30 seconds this may force a reset
