Hello! I purchased the MSI G274QPX, 27" Gaming Monitor in March of last year. A few months ago these lines started to appear as shown in the image. It first started as a flicker and I would temporarily change the screen refresh rate from 240 down to 120 and back and it would stop. They now will not go away doing that. I have tried using a different Display Port cable, unplugging power cord and waiting for a while and no luck. Before I RMA, I was hoping to see if anyone had a fix or is this is a return issue.

I am using a 5070.

i think it's about time for RMA, sometimes the temp workaround is to blow monitor with hair dryer and it will work for a while but it won't fix it for good.

Yeah I bought the same monitor series on (22-May'25) and I have the same issue as well. Previously, I need to use the highest refresh rate which is 240Hz and the horizontal line disappeared. If I were using another variables refresh rate (180Hz and below), the screen becomes tearing as hell. Unfortunately, the issue still persist.

PC Spec:
Mobo: MSI Pro X670-P Wifi
Processor: Ryzen 7 7700X
GPU: AMD RX 9070XT
AIO: MEG CORELIQUID S360
RAM: 32GB Trident G.Skill
PSU: 850W Gold
Storage: WD SN850X 2TB
OS: Windows 11 Pro (10.0, Build 26200)

I thought at first maybe because of changing from RTX GPU to AMD GPU causing this. I run the DDU.exe incase if there are any hidden nvidia driver still inside the computer which cause some software conflict (not sure). Unfortunately, the issue still there.
