Monitor showing black and white squares on screen

Hi all,

I have a new PC and it seems to be having some trouble. Every now and then when tabbing or scrolling the screen will flash or show black and white squares on the screen.

I am not overly savvy with computers but know enough to get by but so far i have tried:
- Disabling color filters
- Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- and sfc /scannow
- Different cable and different slot going to monitor

Specs are below - MSI Motherboard, GPU and Monitor (Optix MAG322CQRV)
