More "processing" limbo

Hello all, I see that I am not the only person that has had a nightmare dealing with MSI US sales. I am on week two with zero contact back through any channel that I have attempted. This is extremely out of line and it seems as if there is a possible queue of orders that extend much longer than my own, I am just trying to get an actual time frame or idea as to what is going on. Has anybody had success with an order since Feb? Is there any direct contact point whatsoever? I don't want to go the FTC/BBB route, but this is ridiculous.

all I can say is Go For it as MSI USA have been a Problem as you have seen so Feel Free to go to the FTC/BBB Route as maybe it will make them actually do what they should.
 
Customer support agent just told me to allow up to 14 business days of "Processing".
this contradicts their website which states 1-3 days for processing.

That being said, im starting to regret ordering direct from MSI US instead of a different online retailer despite the savings and having enjoyed MSI's products and not particularly wanting to go to gigabyte and refusing to give ASUS my money. Luckily it looks like they moved mine from processing to preparing, though according to reddit that could take anywhere from 3 days to 2 months....
 
Yeah, MSI US is not right to say the least.. we've raised complaints from the forum with our contacts to hopefully improve or even resolve those issues.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate the support and responses from the global MSI crew, it's unfortunate that you all have to help respond for whatever is happening in the US sales dept. right now. Thanks, and I will try to update this post if/when there is any progress made.

Im sitting at almost a week of "preparing" an order that was listed as In stock on the website at time of ordering. At this point I have no shipment info and all the other components of my build have arrived including some items ordered directly from corsair. The only thing holding up my build is the fact my motherboard, cpu cooler and power supply are "preparing" from MSI US despite being ordered at the same time as my CPU and RAM from Amazon, and 2 days prior to my corsair order for my case pcie riser and some other items.

Ripcord, I can give you contacts inside MSI but I can tell you right now, none of them are willing or able to lift a finger to do anything to make this right. I was told on Tuesday the orders were being expedited. Thursday evening they generated a shipping label. That shipment is scheduled to arrive by the 23rd of March. Almost a month to the day.
