Mouse MSI Clutch GM41 Wireless firmware update problems

Hi , recently just bought clutch gm41 wireless mouse and its okay when update firmware with cable attach

the problem is the wireless dongle doesnt update firmware , soo when il check the driver with cable attach the driver was up to date
however with wireless mode the driver was v.083 instead v.089 is the lastest update

am i the only one get this problem ?? , and when wireless mode i cannot change DPI settings because drivers its not up to date

I will always suggest MSI Center, which is the successor of Dragon Center but with customizable features.
But before installing MSI Center, you need to remove Dragon Center.
You can go to Apps & Features > remove both One MSI SDK & Dragon Center.

okay il already download and update to MSI center

but the problem still occur to me , wireless dongle still cant update the firmware
but when il check the driver with cable attach is updated and i can change the mouse settings like dpi and button
in wireless mode when i want to change the settings , the update firmware prompt is there, even il try to update its not updated
lastly i cannot use the mystic light its always bring me to live update where is no update

First, try to uninstall Gaming Gear and Mystic Light and then reinstall them.
Next unplug your mouse, hold the Left+Mid+Right mouse buttons and plug it back for 5 seconds to reset the mouse. Sometimes issue can be fixed by that.

okay , already try that and still cannot updated the wireless dongle firmware , il try to use 2 cables connect (1 for mouse and 1 for dongle ) and its remain the same and still cannot use Mystic Light to change RGB.

Any update regarding this issue?
i just bought a GM41 wireless and have no issue customizing it in wired mode using MSI Dragon Center
But when i use wireless mode, it keeps asking for firmware update and reverting back to 0.83 firmware
I also tried using MSI Center but the apps force closed itself when i tried to click on the gaming gear menu

I just bought the GM41 wireless and have the same issue updating the wireless dongle.
Any solution to this issue? I can't believe it's been so long since the first post, yet the issue has not been rectified!

they are mostly should be resolved by now by one or other way
check PM for details

The firmware should be available on MSI Center. Use latest MSI Center and download/install firmware update for both wired and wireless mode. Either in Gaming Gear tab or Liveupdate advanced search I believe.

So even you've completed the firmware update in wireless mode but it still asks you to do it again?
When in wireless mode, can your mouse be detected in Mystic Light?
