Mouse stops responding when connected through monitor and using MS Teams (MPG321QRF-QD)

I'm experiencing an odd three way interaction which is very frustrating.

On my cleanly built and fully patched Win11 machine I have a Logitech G502 gaming mouse connected through the USB hub of the MPG321QRF-QD (FW v.041).

When using MS Teams, my mouse freezes & stops responding entirely. The only fix to get it working is to un-plug/re-plug it in. This behaviour doesn't occur if the mouse if connected directly to the tower on a motherboard USB connector.

I suspect the issue is something to do with the USB hub on the monitor and looking at the drivers, they are just using generic USB drivers; Windows 11 doesn't automatically find the chip specific driver and there doesn't seem to be any USB hub drivers on the MSI support pages.

Is anyone else experience ths behaviour, or have had anny success getting better USB drivers for the monitor?

1.What cable is connected between system and MPG321QRF-QD?
HDMI cable? DP cable? Type-C?

Did you have connected two system or more on one monitor-MPG321QRF-QD?

Thanks for the comments fauc, however the issue that the mouse is working one instant and then freezes the next, it's not about getting the KVM inputs routed correctly.
