I am currently looking for a mouse that has onboard memory for binding repeated macros, without needing to use software. Does MSI has such mouses?

With GM31/41/51, you can set macro in MSI Center/Gaming Gear. The mouse will remember the macro settings without MSI Center running in the background. You can record up to 200 actions in Macro settings, but there's no repeating function.
