MPG 271QRX QD-OLED problem

So i bought a used MPG 271QRX QD-OLED with a partial damaged panel on the left upper corner that was working fine with no problems , but once i tried to turn HDR ON on windows, the monitor now turns off a few seconds after getting signal from the PC, i have tried to reset it on OSD, tried to turn hdr on and off, tried on another computer, tried using linux, tried using different displays ports and hdmi cables, did the firmware update and it still continues with the same behavior.

1.Please remove power cord on monitor around one minute.
2.Please re-plug power cord on monitor and press power button on monitor.
3.Please to do reset under OSD menu.
4.Please confirm FW version on OSD menu.

Its on FW:011 Ive tried everything and i still continues to turn off after a few seconds, i was able to update the monitor by continuously trying to change display output.
Do you know how to acess the service menu? maybe that can help

I was able to get to the service menu and did the reset but i still remains with the same problem.
