MPG 271QRX QD-OLED - Shout out reward (not received)

Dear,
I bought the MPG 271QRX QD-OLED on 16/04.
3 days later I submitted my review that I made on tweakers.net to get my 100$ steam voucher.

My review was made as indicated by MSI , within the timeframe, taking into account all the mandatory regulations.

In the meantime my review has "approval" status but I didn't get any reward yet.

Can you please tell me how this reward can be claimed ?

I already tried to submit a ticket 5 times , sadly enough the tickets don't appear in my "Support history" overview.
It's really a big joke what kind of effort you need to put in to redeem this "promotion" ... I've always been a fan of MSI but this experience is getting BAD really fast.
I really don't understand why there is no online chat / support / hotline / support emailadress available for Europe (Belgium!)

The only things available to me are: "FAQ / Forum / support tickets --> that doesn't work or submit my tickets (I've been trying over 3 days)
 
update: It seems that you can submit a review under the "reward program" and "shout-out" program, which are considered 2 completely different categories with different rewards.
It's not very clear at all if you ask me ... but after some time I managed to get the shout-out reward true the ticketing system.

In the end everything is OK.

I agree it can be quite annoying to try and Submint a ticket sometimes there needs to be an option for help that is easier.
