MPG 274 URF QD color red identical to color rose bright

I run a new DP 21 13 M running Windows 11. My monitor is a new MPG 274 as above. The color fidelity on the MPG was fine at first, but now it does not display the color red at all. Red is displayed as indentical to Rose Bright. Does anyone have an explanation for this?
