Hey everyone,
I’ve been using an MPG 275CQRXF 27” monitor for almost a month, and it’s been working perfectly — but recently, after turning it off and back on, it started cycling full-screen colours (red → blue → white → black) and won’t display any input from my devices.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
  • Unplugging the monitor completely
  • Holding the joystick button for 20+ seconds
  • Waiting over 40 minutes while unplugged
  • Connecting it to both PS5 and Xbox using different HDMI cables
What happens:
  • When unplugged: powers on briefly, flashes white, LED turns white, then turns off after ~5 seconds.
  • When connected to a console: immediately starts cycling colours again, and the menu/OSD does not appear.
I’ve attached pictures of the flashing screen.
Has anyone experienced this? Should I apply for MSI service/RMA or return it to Very? Any tips on fixing it at home before sending it for service?
Thanks in advance!

1.Please remove power cord on the monitor around one minute.
2.Please replug power cord on the monitor.
3.Please confirm it can be display something.
Example: It can be display desktop screen under Windows OS when connecting on Windows system.

If not, please select to correct input source under input source page after pressing navi key to down or right side after showing "no signal".

4.It will be showed OSD menu after pressing navi key at back side
5.Please to do reset in setting page under OSD menu.
6.Please modify Variable Refresh Rate(VRR) to OFF under Windows OS.

Hey, I have already tried this multiple times, but when I unplug and replug the power cord, the monitor does not display anything unless I plug the HDMI cable to an output source (my PS5 or XBOX in this case) and stays on standby mode (red LED). And when I plug it into my PS5 or XBOX, it starts cycling through the colours again and the navi key does not work at all.
