When trying to update the firmware (MSI_MPG321URX_V015_A4EE.bin), after selecting the firmware file, nothing happens.The monitor is connected via display port, the USB cable is included, no other devices are connected to the monitor, the software is the latest available on the site.Everything is done according to the instructions - it does not work.

Please refer below steps to re-install MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence.
Step 1. Please uninstall original MSI utility-Gaming Intelligence on app list.
Step 2. Restart once.
Step 3. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\GamingIntelligence.
Step 4. Restart once.
Step 5. Please install new version v0.0.2.84 Gaming Intelligence to check.
