MPG CORELIQUID K240 V2 Radiator Fan making noise

One of the two fans on my radiator is making a clicking noise at lower speed. The only way I found to stop the noise is to stop the fan using a finger and then let it spin up again. The top fan does not make any of this noise. I have checked the obvious things as making sure no wires or anything else are near or touching the fan. I would like to get a replacement fan but do not see any support options for getting a replacement.

I had an issue like this with my 240r it would sometimes make a buzzing noise at low speed when changing rpm
i fixed it be forcing the fans to run at 800 rpm as the lowest setting in the bios
