Good day,

Need help, my MPG CORELIQUID K360 V2 got a device descriptor failed and the screen just got stuck on the default, after the `MSI Agility GD60 got blinked and stuck`

Is there's an available firmware? I tried install/uninstall the MSI Center but no luck.

Strange issue isn't it? hope you guys help me.

what do you mean the mousepad??? got blink and stuck?
what's the descriptor failed?
If you remove the mousepad, will problem continue? Don't think a mousepad can kill liquid cooler's firmware.

Yes, I have removed the mousepad, the problem still continue, Yes its strange, on why the agility cause that issue, the mousepad blink, you will here the plug/unplug windows sound, then boom 'device descriptor failed' on my liquid cooler, tried multiple fixes, re-installing MSI Center, tried the clean up utility tool provided by MSI but no luck.
