MPG Coreliquid P13 Problem after updating the firmware + EZ Display MSI center bug

Hello,
I recently purchased and installed the MSI MPG CoreLiquid P13 360. Initially, everything seemed to be working, except for a major issue:
when launching games in full-screen mode, the AIO LCD screen would display my Windows desktop and my game would minimize after about one second.
While looking for a fix, I found that there was a firmware update available for the P13, so I updated the firmware and installed the latest version of MSI Center along with EZ Display. After that, the issue appeared to be resolved — however, new problems started to occur.
Sometimes the LCD randomly shows my desktop icons, and on every cold boot the AIO gets stuck in an infinite MSI logo loop.
More importantly, after installing MSI Center, my CPU (Ryzen 9 9950X3D) was constantly running at very high frequency even while completely idle, causing abnormally high idle temperatures.
I spent a lot of time troubleshooting (BIOS tuning, uninstalling software, etc.), and the only thing that finally fixed the high idle clocks and temperatures was completely uninstalling MSI Center and rebooting the system. After doing this, my CPU behavior returned to normal.
However, I am now left with another issue:
on every boot, the AIO LCD is stuck in an infinite logo loop until I manually go into Device Manager and disable the AicUSBDevice to fully shut it down. I currently have to do this every single time I start my PC.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering the product is marketed as a premium solution. At the moment, I am experiencing instability, broken software behavior, and major CPU side effects just to make the LCD function correctly.

System Specifications:
• Motherboard: MSI MAG X870E TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI PZ
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
• GPU: RTX 5070 Ti
• RAM: 32 GB
• AIO Cooler: MSI MPG CoreLiquid P13 360

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the technical support department.
In order to analyze the issue more thoroughly, please provide the exports as shown in the attached videos:

Did you reinstall MSI SDK together with MSI Center?
I also suggest changing the display mode of the elements on the cooling screen for verification purposes.

Best regards,

MSI Technical Support Team

That is their respond. So they dont blame the software…

Sure they wont, the software is garbage.

Sp dida anybody find how to resolve it? Still no firmware update
Nope, This is their answer that I have received for the third time already:
"Sorry for any inconvenience caused, the relevant departments are testing and working to improve these issues, which will take some time. If there is any progress, we will reply to you promptly."

I think it's also about those people who remain silent and who are experiencing the same problems with this AIO. They need to actively contact MSI support so they understand that these aren't isolated cases, but a common problem with their AIO.

It has to be something done with firmware or deeper in msi center. Pretty shitty that i have paid mostly because of lcd and now its not working properly…
I think the problem lies with the software for this AIO, not with MSI Center. It's just that many people are keeping quiet about the existing problem with this AIO, and the manufacturer is fine with that. I'm tired of contacting support. Because they're ignoring my concerns about this issue, claiming their tech department is working on it, which I highly doubt. Wasn't it really possible to release a proper update in three months? Instead, they released an update that completely broke the AIO's display; now videos play with bezels at the top and bottom, the game window constantly minimizes in fulls screen mode and if you run the game in frameless mode, there are significant FPS drops & micro freezes
