With >>Forum UEFI Shell Flash Tool<< you can copy the hash of the BIOS file quickly for checking,
by loading the BIOS and click over BIOS-SHA256 on the bottom:
2.jpg
then in this topic do press CTRL+F to paste it to check if will match it.

Aside from this you can check AGESA version,
and / or let the tool prepare the USB key for flashing either by the tool by booting from USB key or by M-Flash.
While doing USB key preparation it will ensure the BIOS integrity on the USB key both checksum and SHA256.

I have been having issues since day one with this board. Tried just about every bios released and A44 is by far the best one yet for my particular situation. I can finally reboot and get into the Bios without any 64 hangs or multiple resets. :)

I went from BIOS A30 to A40 and haven't had any issues. However, I automatically set my settings back to what worked the best when I did tons of troubleshooting on A30. You can read about that here.

Has A44 improved booting or rebooting without getting stuck or hanging? I'm still using a workaround (Overclocking -> Advanced DRAM Configuration -> Misc Item -> Power Down).

It has for me. I can even leave all my usb devices plugged in while rebooting. It's funny when you get excited about something that should have worked upon release :)

Updated to A44 from A33. No issues or changes noticed. EXPO-6000 on, PBO All Core -30. Still have to change spread spectrum from "auto" to "enabled" else my GPU PCIe bus speed will boot lower than 5.0 sometimes. With it enabled no issues. At this point, i just think its something to do with my specific hardware as i know others don't need to enable spread spectrum.

I have made no other tweaks at this point (I'm sure i could tweak timings some), but its been stable running Cinebench R23 for a couple hours, Testmem5 passed, and tests in OCCT passed. CPU temps never went above 80c through the 2 hour Cinebench run. Very happy with that being I'm not using an AIO.

Many of us need to enable Spread Spectrum :)

My board can’t handle -30 on all cores. Right now, I’m running -20 on the X3D cores and 0 on the regular cores with Curve Shaper set to Medium, High, and Max at -10. I’m thinking of trying -30 on the X3D cores while keeping 0 on the normal ones, and no change on Curve Shaper (set to Medium, High, and Max at -10).

I hadn't though of this application for using both CO and CS, I might give that a try. Currently I'm experimenting with CS at 0,-30,-25,-20 and running stability tests (so far, so good) on A44.
Your normal cores can't take any sort of undervolting?
Edit: I see that 0d on restart from Windows has returned. Re-enabled memory Power-down mode; had it set to "auto" which was disabling it, according to ZenTimings. No difference in performance, though. Hopefully it will fix the restart issue.

CCD0 -35, CCD1 -30,+200M,EXPO 6000, Limit 75℃。

Right, I was talking with @kkrott87 about Curve Shaper there in conjunction with Curve Optimizer. Gives a bit more room to undervolt depending on processor heat and frequency.
75°C is somewhat low, you might be throttling early. 80 and 85 are still under the normal throttling level at 90.

At 75 ° C, my R23 test score was 45500 and the CPU power was 223W. If the temperature test was at 85 ° C, the CPU power could reach 260W, but the R23 test score did not show much improvement.

Definitely hit diminishing returns, though 223W is pretty high to begin with, are you boosting your TDW somehow? Standard TDW for the 9950x3d is 170w if I recall correctly?
Edit: Nevermind, I was confusing TDW with Total Package Power. Long day...

Mind sharing your settings and specs? I'm about 1000 points behind you in R23. I also can't seem to get my processor to go over about 72°, even when the limit is set higher.

I just made the following settings and enabled EXPO 6000MT.
