With >>Forum UEFI Shell Flash Tool<< you can copy the hash of the BIOS file quickly for checking,
by loading the BIOS and click over BIOS-SHA256 on the bottom:

then in this topic do press CTRL+F to paste it to check if will match it.

Aside from this you can check AGESA version,
and / or let the tool prepare the USB key for flashing either by the tool by booting from USB key or by M-Flash.
While doing USB key preparation it will ensure the BIOS integrity on the USB key both checksum and SHA256.

Flashed 1A9B today and applied all my usual settings right away (CO -30, VSOC 1.25V, VDDIO 1.25V, and global C-states enabled).
System feels super snappy and responsive in windows, even better than 1AA0. Completely stable so far. Just a heads up, MSI center is acting confused and flags 1A9B as older than 1AA0 due to the naming convention, so you can safely ignore that warning.
 
Flashed 1AA2 with AGESA 1.3.0.1b and wow, the system literally flies through everything in windows now, almost like a hardware upgrade! All my usual tuning settings got accepted right away.
I noticed a ton of new advanced memory options exposed under Advanced DRAM configuration (tCCD_L subtimings, DFE training, drive strengths, PMU options, etc.), which is amazing for fine-tuning. Also, AMD fTPM firmware updated to version 6.33, which probably explains why everything feels so much smoother now. Huge thanks to Svet for the blazing fast upload!

Could you provide a detailed introduction to your optimized configuration? I would like to test using the same BIOS configuration.

Voltage and settings are VERY dependent on the silicon lottery for your processor and RAM. While they may be good as a starting point, it's very possible the settings won't work and you'll need to loosen up the timings or raise your voltages depending on which parts you have and how lucky you are.
 
It accepts 1.20 for SOC with the XMP profile enabled, but I have VDDIO set to default.
You understand that pushing to low voltages can make your system unstable too. Like mentioned before, it’s individual to each specific system what the tolerances are, and you just have to find and accept them. There’s no universal rule what might work for someone doesn't necessary mean it will work for you on your system.
