MPG321UR-QD USB port issue

Hi there,

One of the USB ports of my monitor is not working. The port with red is marked as 'joystick controller' but I use it as the connection with my keyboard. It works just fine in the beginning but become worse recently. I change the cable but nothing improves. The other three ports work well. How could I solve this issue? Should I update the latest firmware with joystick? Thanks in advance.

Did you connected one system or two systems on this monitor?

1.Please refer manual on page 17 and modify " Auto Scan" to OFF.
2.Please refer manual on page 18 and modify " Power Button" to Standby.
