MSİ gm11 mouse connection problem

Hello, I think my main problem is caused by the drivers. Maybe it has nothing to do with the drivers, I don't know. That's why I'm asking for help. I currently have 2 Msi gm11 model mice, but both of them have problems. When I connect one of these, nothing happens, not even the connection sound is heard. The other mouse connects but there is no cursor, I can't move it but the keys work. When I try to show the position of the cursor, it always stays in the same place, that is, it is fixed in the middle of the monitor and does not move. I'm so bored, please help. I tried another brand of mouse and it worked, so I think it's due to the drivers.

you can reset the mouse by re-plugging the mouse and holding these three keys for more than 5 secs.
have you tried connecting the mouses to a different system? if it works on another system, then it's more likely to be software related.
