ms-96c8 + x5675 = CPU multiplier 12 = 1600MHz CPU speed :(

Hello.

Installed in the ms-96c8 motherboard  2 x Xeon X5675, but the processor multiplier does not increase above 12 Should be 23. And the processor frequency is limited to 1600Mhz.

BIOS latest version from the site. In the description of the motherboard it is written that these processors are supported.

It can be fixed?

The problem was solved by resetting cmos.

Did this 2 times before, did not work
