Just checked your vbios and doesn't seem like that is an MSI vbios. Did you buy the card used? Add a photo of the card as well.

I heard that changing vbios is common for AMD cards and there's no modded vbios for NVIDIA
Also, I'm sure my card was brand new, bought it about 6 month ago and had all sealed stickers on pack and fans and other stuff
Sorry, its a little hard to take out VGA from case. Hope this photos good enough

Well, I understand what you mean
It seems that the card is identified as Nvidia instead of MSI, which is why it is not found in the DC

I never changed anything, that was out of the box when bought it

What should be done now?

P.S:
I found the link below its similar to my card VBIOS ver
I submitted my card VBIOS too

Please add your card's S/N so I can ask someone at MSI about this issue.

It has been checked. Appears that you are using a different manufacturer's vbios. If you didn't crossflash the card I suppose that it is a used card somebody else crossflashed. Check pm on how to proceed.

Thank you for following up my issue. I've never flashing vbios of card and its Highly unlikely that somebody flashing new branded card for nothing cause all of values are exactly match by comparing same original card.
btw, is the file that you sent safe? should i contact msi local branch before use it? cause i fear that's void warranty or brick it.

It's coming straight from MSI HQ.
You can feel free to contact local office....but it should be fine to use it.

MSI does not flash a Galax vbios in factory so you can sure it is not factory new. Of course what you have been provided is an original update from MSI they gave me to help you.

Uninstall the nvidia driver completely in safemode using >>DDU<<
Afterwards install the latest driver.
If still no help please save your current vbios to file again (don't provide anything saved before) and add the file.
