Hi everyone,

I'm able to access the BIOS screen on my pc but I can't adjust the RAM speed.

Can anyone help me do this?

I have a 14th gen. I9 machine w/128GB RAM

Thanks,
Stefos

UPDATE:
I have found a BIOS secret key combination but it doesn't access the BIOS speed to adjust it: Press F2 and Left ALT while pressing RT CNTRL and RT SHIFT

Please help

UPDATE:
Technical support wouldn't help me raise the speed of my existing 128 GB of RAM

Technical support also stated that the speed of a dual channel of 64 gb ram would be 4000 mhz, a single channel 64 gb ram would run at 5600 mhz

They mentioned nothing about a dual channel 96 gb ram stick, I assume that would run at 5200 mhz, either that or 4000 mhz???

Hello,

What memory did you get / model and spec?

The Intel 14th gen CPU has limitations depending on memory size so it will downclock if it is not able to run at max speed. As to laptops and setting frequencies they do not allow adjustments or the use of XMP on most models so you are stuck with what it runs at.
