MSI 271QRX QD-OLED Not Waking Up From Sleep (DP1.4)

Wondering if anyone has any ideas here... when my monitor goes to sleep (I have the timer set to 3 minutes of inactivity to prevent burn-in) if I'm gone for 30 minutes to a few hours sometimes (not consistently though) it won't wake up. The light will come on like it is, then it says "DP No Signal" and I have to FULLY restart my PC to get it back working again. Is this a DP issue? Is it the monitor? An Nvidia driver? Should I try HDMI 2.1 instead for my PC? I really don't want to return this monitor, but this might make me do it if I cannot resolve the issue.

I think I started to have this issue after updating firmware on my MPG 491CQP QD-OLED to FW.020 from FW.017.
