MSI 341CQR x36 - MSI logo colour on the back of the monitor

I cannot manage to set the colour of the MSI logo at the back of the monitor even if I use Gaming Intelligence. It never changes to the desire colour. What am I missing?

Does the logo light up? Or if it lights up, which LED effect does it say on? Rainbow? By the way, if you set OSD > RGB LED > off first and change back to MSI Mystic Light, will it work?

If I switch it off from RGB LED it switches off. When I set it to Mystic Light again it goes to Static Blue and no matter how much I change the settings from the Mystic Light menu it does not change at all.

Is the gaming intelligence version up to date? should be v0.1.4.6 now.
And do reset the monitor from OSD panel and retry. Hope it's not a hardware problem.

By the way, can you confirm whether microsoft dynamic lightning is off? I've seen before that dynamic lightning can cause all kinda LED control problem if you use it together with dedicated software from manufacture.
