MSI 4090 Suprim X only showing black screen.

My 4090 suprim x, after 1 year of casual use is causing my pc to reset and 90% of the time shows no display. I replaced my 1000w msi psu with a new one just incase. Still no display. When I install my 2060 super I get display. How do I get warranty for this card?

I would try with a different Power cable first it is a most likely cause, With the Sense pins are not contacting correctly

Thank you for your advice. After close inspection I found that it was the power cable connection. A few of the connectors had melted in the gpu connection.

Now the hard part in trying to get warranty for this. It's very odd how it would happen after so long and not being disturbed.

Yep that new connector is far from ideal
