Hello all. on 23/07/2020 requested an RMA for my 5700 XT Gaming X GPU which had been overheating and running at high fan speed. 27/07/2020 is the date where it arrived at their facility. Now, it has been 10 days since the product was 'recieved' and I have not been updated with repair status or anything. Should I contact MSI? How would I do so? I understand due to COVID-19 there may be delays but at this point it is getting a little annoying without a working computer. Thank you. If you have had any RMA experiences recently please share, how long it took.
