MSI A88X-G45 won't POST (Debug Codes 45-48) - New Build

I'm having trouble getting the A88X-G45 to POST.  The error codes indicate an Early Memory Initialization error.

Motherboard: A88X-G45 Gaming
CPU: AMD A4-6300 Richland Dual-Core 3.7GHz (Wouldn't POST with the AMD X4 860K Quad-Core 3.7GHz)
PSU: Corsair CS550MR
RAM: 4Gx2 G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
GPU: R7-265A-CNJ4

With only the CPU/Heatsink installed and a single stick in any slot I get error code 45.  With 2 sticks in slots 1 & 3 or 2 & 4 it ticks up to error code 48 and rolls back to 46 or 47 before stalling out.  I've cleared the CMOS and pulled the battery to no avail.  Is the RAM really the problem?  Will a BIOS update solve the problem?  If it's a compatibility issue, what RAM is guaranteed to work?

I appreciate any and all input.

hard to say, you have to swap parts to figure, but based on what you describe most probably yes

also try booting with mainboard out of PC case placed over wooden table

have you tried to boot with board out of PC case placed over non conductive surface as already suggested?

Yes, I've been trying an out of the box build to verify everything is working before installing in the case.

have you tried to remove this one and to boot with integrated GPU instead?

to make sure i understood right you can't boot with either of this CPUs right?
or you can't boot only when you try to use  AMD X4 860K Quad-Core 3.7GHz?

Correct, I am unable to boot with either CPU. When trying to boot with the X4 860k I received different error codes (Early CPU initialization) which I'm told will be solved with a bios update.

I'm just wondering if the memory slots got damaged or smth..Also, if I were you, I would go borrow the third CPU to try.
