MSI Aegis RS 11TF-223US W/No System Restore Option (NEED HELP!)

Good afternoon, I bought over a year ago a Aegis off Newegg, turns out the HDD does NOT contain a system restore partition. I wanted to find out if there is a way I can download system restore disc image or exe or whatever MSI uses, I need to reformat badly.

BTW it can be clearly seen no partition and none of the F3 at restarts does anything at all.

The system should be with Windows 10 OS for shipping.
The recover partition will be removed by Windows OS when you upgrading to Windows 11 OS.

Yea I never upgraded to windows 11, out the box this PC had no recovery partition, that's what I am trying to find so I can restore my PC.
