MSI AEGIS RS 12TD Liquid cooling making constant clicking sounds

I purchased a MSI AEGIS RS 12TD-259US from Woot/Amazon last month. It's been running like a champ however the liquid cooling is clicking non-stop now. It's almost sounds like a hard drive and it's driving me crazy. Anyone else had this issue?
