MSI Afterburner turns off 'Auto' setting after restarting PC.

I set my own custom fan curve for my MSI GPU via Afterburner, but I noticed after I reboot my PC every day, the Auto option on the home Dashboard is disabled, and my fans only operate at 35% no matter what temperature the GPU is. The Auto option needs to be enabled for my fan curve to work. I was wondering how I can stop it from resetting after every PC boot.

Edit: Found the issue. After I have all the settings I want, I have to hit 'Save', then select the Profile Number I want, and then make sure that the Padlock symbol next to the Profile numbers is LOCKED.
Edit 2: Never mind, it still turns Auto to off, even when Locking the profile. Still need help.

Solution
Afterburner will apply the current using Profile on startup if you also click on the 'Windows' icon. (at the bottom left)
For example, my Profile 1 is Auto OFF and Fan speed 80%, Profile 2 is Auto ON and custom fan curve.
If I select Profile 2 and hit Apply + Windows icon enabled = Afterburner will automatically apply Profile 2 on startup.

What is the model name of your GPU?
Are you using the latest version 4.6.6?

Do you also install User Scenario in MSI Center? If you select Extreme Performance or Customize, both will force the Auto button to OFF in Afterburner, and they will disable the Zero Frozr aka the fan stop feature.
I would suggest you select Balanced or Silent mode in User Scenario.

I don't believe I have MSI Center installed, only Afterburner.

What's odd is sometimes when I restart my PC, Auto is still enabled. It seems random if it's enabled or disabled on bootup.

How'd you make it so it applies on startup? I noticed that Afterburner doesn't appear in my Startup Apps in the Task Manager.
It won't be there, just open Afterburner > Settings > General > select 'Start with Windows'.
If you want Afterburner to minimize to system tray on startup, also select 'Start minimized'.

Hmm. My Windows icon is grayed out and I can't press it.

Edit: Never mind. If I have the Profile Lock enabled, it grays out the Windows icon. Going to click apply and test out out.

Edit 2: Yep, that fixed it. I don't know how, but the Windows icon just never enabled for me. I wrongly assumed something like that would auto enable if I had 'Start with Windows' enabled in the settings Thank you!
