msi ai engine no game mode popup on game start

hello guys i have a problem with ai engine.
everytime i restart my pc i get no notifications when i start games it only works when i deinstall every addon and reinstall.
i mean the little popup on the buttom right corner that it goes in extreme mode.can someone help me maybe :(?

Is this on a Notebook and if so what model
 
It seems that the problem only occurs when you use addons. If you uninstall and reinstall the addons and it works temporarily, it may be an issue with the addon configuration or an incompatibility with an update.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the add-on and the problem still occurs. maybe the problem is with the update version. please let me know what is the right update version?
