I've been encountered a problem with my MSI 6950XT Gaming X Trio since I've got it last month and I've been trying as many solution as I could and within my knowledge and research but no result.

Whenever the AMD Andrenaline Driver is installed - The LED controlled app (MSI Mystic Lights) stop working - It registered the card but any control doesn't do anything (the LED kept the last configuration).
Context: The card I got is 2nd hand. Last card of mine is a MSI 2080Ti Gaming X Trio. The seller didn't mention anything about it and I first encoutered the issue when I try to change the LED on the card via MSI Mystic Light. Since It was a pretty minor problem (everything else perform as expected) therefore I didn't contact the seller and try to deal with it myself.
My PC spec: i7 12700 - Gigabyte Z690M Aorus Elite DDR4 - TridentZ 64GB DDR4 - Gigabyte 1000W power supply (I forgot the exact model) - Windows10 64bit

How It started: When replacing the 2080Ti with the 6950XT, I used DDU with safe mode to remove the NVIDIA driver. Then I replaced the card and boot on the PC. After that, I let windows install the driver (one without Andrenaline software), then I install the MSI Mystic Light apps. Untill this stage, I can controll the LED and everything is working as expected.
But when I download and install the lastest AMD Andreanaline official driver, after the reboot, suddently MSI Mystic Light doesn't work anymore. The LED on the card stayed as last configuration and if I ever want to change the LED again, I have to go all the way back, uninstall the driver using DDU and let the PC install its own driver to even use the MSI Mystic Light apps.
To summerize it: If I install the lastest AMD Andrenaline software on my PC, MSI Mystic light doesn't work anymore.

Things I tried:
-Fresh install of Windows 10 - when install the lastest driver, the problem persist, then unintall the graphic driver using DDU and let windows install its own, everythings fine.
-Reset the CMOS
-Reseated the card ( I don't know worth the try but still, no hope)

Anyone ever encountered this problem ? Any suggested solution ? Please let me know, I would like to hear. Many Thanks~!

Solution
MSI is aware of the problem. It is a clash between the new AMD driver and MSI Centre It can be fixed for now by rolling back to an earlier AMD Driver

The problem will be addressed in the next release of the MSI centre

Hi, I encountered a similar problem as you described. My PC Specs: CPU-Amd Ryzen 9 7900X3D,MB-MSI X670E Tomahawk wifi, GPU-MSI Amd Radeon RX 7900XTX Gaming X TRIO Classic, RAM-G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB 32GB 6000MHZ, PSU-Deepcool PQ850M, OS-Windows 11 PRO. Most likely, this bug started in February or March of this year after removing the AMD Adrenaline driver via DDU and removing MSI Center via Clean Center Master. Mouse Razer Viper 8khz and RAM are synchronized via MSI Mystic Light).

So I fully built up my full amd pc with basically everything msi, all in a windows 11 setup. As of late with mystic light the rgb of my gpu refuses to change (currently in wave) no matter what i do. I clean installed drivers, msi center, even the os twice and only had the ability to change it once. I even tried installing the latest bios for my mb. I been told to reslot the gpu and even check power but none of that should be an issue. What else can I do to fix this, since everything.elsr works fine (aio, mb, and ram are the only ones connected to argb)
Specs down below:
Cpu: ryzen 9800x3d
Motherboard:
msi x870 carbon wifi
GPU: MSI rx 7900 xtx gaming trio classic Ram: 64 gb kingston fury 6000 m/T
storage: 2tb Samsung 990 Pro x 2
PSU: Msi MPG a1000g PCle 5
AIO: MSI MPG coreliquid d360
Case:MSI MH edition gungnir 300r

I have the same problem. MSI 7900 XTX GAMING TRIO CLASSIC and MSI X570S TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI.
Mystic Light and GPU Led work fine with AMD Adenalin driver 25.2.1 but doen't work with AMD Adrenalin driver 25.3.1 or 25.5.1.
This problem appears since driver's update for 9070.

I also have an MSI rx 7900 xtx gaming trio classic graphics card, and a similar problem. This issue appeared after updating AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition to version 25.3.1. The only solution I've found is to roll back the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition to version 23.1.1.
