MSI Artymis 343cpr screen flickering

Hi just wondering if someone could help me figure out why a specific google image url causes the screen to flicker

I have had this problem before with a dell monitor where the screens graphics card failed and wanted to make sure this isnt related

The screen has horizontal stripe lines and flickers brighter and darker.
any input is appreciated!

thanks for the tips! adjusted some specs and looks to be happening significantly less!

after playing with settings i found nothing needs to be adjusted other than Image Enhancement
with that on any of the option other than none it solves all problems
