MSI AXE6600 Wifi issues with printers and apple devices - Latest Firmware installed

I am on my second router, as I sent the 1st one in for repair for the same reasons. I received a NIB router (AWESOME) thank you MSI!. The only issue is I am still experiencing the same problem.
If I go back to any of my older routers mimicing the same config as close as possible I have not issue.

The issue:
My apple devices and my 3 Creality 3d Printers will not download updates when connected to the router via Wifi. They will see that is an update, they will start to down the update, but fail a few seconds in.
When connecting to work from desktop PC via wifi, the work Citrix server will tell me I have disconnected, just about every 30 to 40 seconds.

If I try to update an app from apple store or download an app. The download starts then quits a few seconds in, I can keep hitting retry and it might go a little further than stop.
Again reverting to my older router or any of my other routers life is grand.

I have factory defaulted the router numerous times and just gone through setting it up in the basic sense, not changing any wifi settings unless asked. I have left the SSID etc the same. Same issue, they all connect but can not keep a solid connection. My TCL TV's will pause and then start again and pause and start again when streaming.

Hardwire devices seem fine. If move the AXE router out of the picture and go to back to my older router, or enable WIFI on my ISPs router everything works fine. AI QOS is off, although I tried it on as well.

The latest Firmware v753021 mentions it "fix 5Gz channel issue in certain regions", does the problem happen on 2.4Gz, 5GHz, and 6GHz?
What Apple device do you have?

Yes it happens on 2.4 and 5Gz. We have iphone 6s through Iphone 15s in the house along wth a 2 year old Ipad do not recall what version. Also all 3 of creality printers exhibit the same thing trying to download update over the 2.4.

Just tested my samsung tablet A8 plus. Same type thing. I have router set in the DMZ of my ISPs router as well. Again though wired devices seem fine. If I hard wire a Creality 3D printer it works as well.

For my wireless devices most of them have issues connected to this router, including TV's. I have revereted to my older router for now, but amazon will not let me return this router now so I would love to fix this somehow and not put so much money on a shelve. I have also given it to someone to test, to just get it out of my enviroment. They experience the same thing as I did with the router before the exchange. Same issues, as of know its kind of a paper weight since most of devices are wifi. Anything that is not a quick burst of data, I.E. a few meg download or stream over the wifi fails. I have also gone as far to tweak the wifi settings to same channel as the router I was hoping to retire. Made no difference ;-(.

These last few lines coincide with download failures. I see quit a few issues in the logs looking for missing directories. May not relate to the issue but odd. I have reflashed the firmware and factory defaulted numerous times.

Well I can not find a fix for this, Taking the router to a difference place and setting it up did not resolve the issue. So its not on my network. I give, hate to put 300 bucks on the shelve, but I cant return it now. So what a loss, guess ill order a differnt router.
