CPU temps not going over 57c in Prime95 and GPU temps are 66c in games and 75c in FurMark...I tested CPU in Prime95 and FurMark and 3DMark over night without errors and btw i changed three PSUs so far and didn't help...Now i'm using Riotoro Enigma G2 850W (Rebrand Seasonic Focus+)
Idk if that a RAM problem because i tested it with Memtest86 without errors

Yes - I've had this with my B450 GAMING PLUS MAX since new.
I've updated to the latest BIOS, ( 7B86vH72(Beta version) ) and the Graphics drivers to the latest version, (Radeon 20.4.2) which improved it, but it still does it intermittently.
As you say, running at default settings and testing and trying different PSU/graphics/RAM etc is fruitless. I guess we just have to wait for another Bios update :(

Older Bios ( 7B86vH6 ) is worse, but since updating to beta version, freezing is much less frequent. I have Ryzen 7 2700. Tends to freeze when resuming, but also occasionally when running games or programmes.
Hadn't done it in a week or more, then yesterday it did it twice!

Like I said, mine also freezes randomly, then black screen after a few seconds, and the CPU light is on on the motherboard. Sometimes pressing the reset button reboots it and it is fixed, sometimes I need to remove power completely to restore it. It is better with the latest (Beta) Bios, but still does it occasionally. Changing hardware / reloading drivers, or putting Bios settings back to defaults have no effect.

I have same issue for many months now. I got Msi B450 Gaming plus mobo. Every 2 to 3 weeks I get the cpu red light indicator and than there is no post. Restarting doesn't help. Last night I tried the following
- removed power cable.
- jbat1 cmos reset.
Still didnt work.
Than I removed ram, gpu , cmos battery and hard drives connection. Basically only cpu was installed. I left it for 4 hours or so. Than i plugged in things back angel got the post.

Is there anything you guys do to get the post without waiting for so many hours.

I have tried the first bios version 10 and the latest too. But nothing fixes it for good. I have lost power to onboard ethernet port after the bios update also. I tried flashing 2 other bios versions after that but didnt get the ethernet back.

Sounds like your CPU might need reseating? - carefully remove it and clean all the paste off, then refit with a small amount of new paste...

How about trying with different RAM modules and disable XMP?
