Hi everyone, I've recently bought an msi B450M-A PRO MAX II and i've seen that on the specification here it states that the motherboard support HDMI 2.0 4K at 60hz but on the one i bought it says "support 4K 30hz as specified in HDMI 1.4". So my question is since HDMI 2.0 support HDR while HDMI 1.4 doesn't, can i enjoy HDR with this motherboard?
I have an AMD 7 5700G and use the integrated graphic.

My personal opinion is that specs on website is more up to date than on printed box or manual, so possibly the MB can support HDMI 2.0.
Did you build up the system and check HDR option in the Windows settings?
To use HDR, make sure your monitor supports it as well.

Hi, thank you for the reply. Right now I'm using a 1080p monitor i already had but my intention is to buy a 4k HDR one once I'm sure the motherboard can handle it. I'm not using windows so I can't even check that. I've seen hdmi 1.4 was released in 2009 and hdmi 2.0 in 2013 while the am4 socket in 2016/2017 so it would be weird if the motherboard had an hdmi of at least 8 years before. I couldn't find a pre use release date of this motherboard.
